  • Dietary requirements

    Any special dietary requirements can be met with prior notice, which will enable us to ensure your day goes smoothly and your meals are served at their best. We will endeavour to accommodate any minor changes at short notice to comply with your needs.

    Marshals

    You will be accompanied by one of our friendly and experience Marshals who will ensure the smooth running of your game whilst on the Course.

    Longest Drive, Nearest the Pin items, are available from the Professional Shop, please contact our Professional David Wood 01375 891797 for any assistance you require regarding prizes.

  • Confirm Numbers

    Please Note: Final numbers must be confirmed 48 Hours prior to arrival. This will be the minimum number charged.

  • Club’s Dress Code & Standards

    To ensure the day is successful and to avoid any embarrassment we ask the Society Organiser to ensure all members of the Society are fully aware and comply with the Club’s Dress Code & Standards, both on and off the course, including the use of Mobile Phones.
